At Lethbridge First Aid we proudly provide the latest training standards and techniques when teaching our Alberta OH&S approved intermediate and basic first aid courses. Intermediate first aid, a two day course, is often referred to as standard first aid. Basic first aid, a one day course, is often referred to as emergency first aid. All of our first aid classes include training in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and in the use of automated external defibrillators (AED). We also offer all of our first aid and CPR courses in a blended learning format in which participants can complete half the course at home instead of spending the full time in the classroom. Blended first aid and CPR courses are also cheaper than taking the full in class course.
