Catherine – First Aid & CPR Instructor

Catherine has been teaching First Aid and CPR courses for more than four years, including nearly two years with St. Mark James Training. She is a senior Kinesiology student at the University of Lethbridge, giving her a strong academic background in anatomy, physiology, and health sciences.

Her teaching style focuses on hands-on practice, real-world application, and building confidence in every student. Catherine enjoys meeting new people through her classes and is dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
